Dwayne is the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. He is also a member of Acts 29 Network, where he works as director of Pastoral Care. Dwayne is also a believer to train the next generation of Biblical counselors. He serves on the Board for Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of numerous articles on the internet as well as a contributor in Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Redefining lives through God's unchanging truth (eds. Kelleman & Viars). The wife of Dwayne Leslie has three children.
